Pointed, forming an angle of less than 90 degrees. Adhesive. The eggs(Ova) of the phasmid, which is glued to a surface. Adult. The final stage of the insect during which reproduction may occur (Often by means of parthenogenesis) without the male's reproduction organ. Aedeagus. The male intermittent organ, the distal part of the phallus. Aeruginose. Bluish-green in colour. Agamic. Reproducing parthenongenetically, that is, without mating. Albus. (Latin). Pure white. Antenna. (pl - antennae). Paired sensory appendages, one located on each side of the insects head. Anal segment. The tenth abdominal segment. Arboreal. An insect that generally lives in the top part of the foodplant. Autonomy.
